MIBU ORIYA

Oriya has been a friend of Muraki's since high school. He knows all about Muraki's actions but doesn't seem to judge him, instead he cares deeply about his friend and Muraki knows he can rely on him. Oriya runs a fancy restaurant in Kyoto that is a front for a brothel visited by prominent government officials and the like. He is incredibly skilled at kendo, though whether or not he has any supernatural abilities is unknown.

Inoue Kazuhiko was Oriya's seiyuu. You might recognize him as Kigai Yuuto from X, Sanzenin Mikado from Ranma 1/2, or Yuki Eiri from Gravitation.

PROFESSOR SATOMI

Satomi was one of Muraki's professors, and has kept in touch with his former student over the years. Professor Satomi was doing experiments with human cloning, aided by Muraki who brought him hair samples to clone. Little did he know that the samples were taken from the bodies of girls Muraki killed, and he helped Muraki with his scheme unaware of what was truly going on.

His voice was provided by Hida-san.

MAKI

A student at the high school that is adjoined with the university at which Professor Satomi works. She's a friendly, outgoing girl, who meets an unfortunate end when Muraki kills her to get to Tsuzuki (since she had met Tsuzuki briefly).

Her voice was provided by Kakazu Yumi.

IKARUGA MARIKO

Maki's best friend, who went to the same school. Her whole world was turned upside-down when Maki died and she found out about the Shinigami. Mariko began to live in constant fear that she was next, and when Tsuzuki and the other Shinigami tried to protect her she thought they were coming to kill her.

Her voice was provided by Kawasaki Eriko.

SHINDO SAKI

Muraki's older half-brother, who came to live with Muraki and his family. He was far from a nice person, and he killed Muraki's parents and was killed by Muraki's servant before he could finish off his half-brother. Muraki kept his head preserved in the hopes that he could bring him back and extract his revenge.

His voice was provided by Nagashima Yuichi.
