The music in Yami no Matsuei is some of the most beautiful I've ever heard in an anime soundtrack. The opening theme "Eden" suits the mood of the show, the ending theme "Love Me" is very catchy, and background tracks such as "Amethyst Remembrance" and "Norowareta Tsukiya no Kioku" can bring tears to your eyes. The lyrics are also sometimes taken from existing poetry, which adds an extra beauty to the songs.
